Reservation & Refund Policy

As the owner of BAR (Bodyweight Academy Redlands), I reserve the rights to accept and/or cancel any membership at any time. I am 100% committed to you and your training and give you my guarantee that if you are not satisfied, I will happily provide a full refund. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated & memberships cancelled.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene & safety reasons, you are required to bring a towel to your training sessions. You will also need to bring a bottle of water to ensure that you remain hydrated during your workout. Appropriate clothing must be worn including footwear. Hand sanitiser will be provided, however please feel free to bring your own. If you are feeling unwell or showing any cold/flu like symptoms, stay home for the safety of others. Please follow ALL COVID-19 safety directives.


Please do your best to be on time for sessions. Our schedule is full, I am unable to stall or extend training times. Sessions must start & finish at their allocated times. Please ensure you book ahead for your week, sessions will be capped at 12 for quality & safety.


A strict 24 hour cancellation policy is in place. Should you not be able to make any sessions for legitimate reasons, we are happy to make sessions up. Should you find yourself out for the week for legitimate reasons, the following weeks payment will not apply and you will be able to make up your time the following week, or come to a different session later the same week if possible. Missing session/s without contact within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of said session/s.

Payment Policy

Invoices are sent a week in advance. All payments are required to be made via direct debit, square or bank transfer no later than Tuesday of the week prior to the invoiced week. Receipts are provided for legal and & tax purposes.

During your exercise program, every effort will be made to assure your safety. However, as with any exercise program, there are risks including increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries. Upon commencement of your membership you will be required to sign a disclaimer acknowledging and accepting responsibility for your own health and the risks involved.
